Temperature distribution — every optic, by tier

1 °C bins, stacked leaf / spine / core. The twin spine peaks are its leaf-facing (warm) and core-facing (cool) banks.

Rows are Scalable Units (leaf + spine) then core groups. Columns are faceplate cage bands, 72 cages in 9 groups of 8.

Every optic — switch × cage

One cell per populated cage. Both sub-ports (/0 and /1) share the cage optic and therefore one temperature.

Rack elevations — switches at their physical RU

Front view, RU 1 at the bottom. Each Q3400 is drawn 4U tall at its installed RU; the two strips inside are its cage banks (top: 1–36, bottom: 37–72), one pixel-cell per optic.
